Changelog
Dated and honest, including the fixes. Metrics quoted
here are reproducible from the live console
and the signed artifacts each entry shipped with.

Public console, refreshed UI, deeper auditability new
- Public read-only console: last night's alert stream,
catalog churn and graded detection rates with no sign-in.
- Interface refresh: the operator dashboard moves to a
violet glass theme; severity and orbit-class colours unchanged.
- Application audit trail: every mutating API call is
recorded to a tamper-evident internal log (ISO 27001 groundwork).
- Per-route latency monitoring with a p95 alarm on the
public API.
- Decay-by-silence evidence on alert cards: silent-gap
length, cadence ratio and perigee now render inline.

Decay-by-silence goes customer-visible new
- The terminal-silence detector, built on the insight that objects which stop being
catalogued at low perigee are often about to re-enter, now feeds
the fused score, the API enrichment and signed forensic dossiers.
- Every silence-promoted alert ships with an HMAC-signed dossier;
previously eight alerts lacked one.

Intelligence layer new
- A flight recorder logs every pipeline subtask (exit code,
runtime, peak memory) to a daily manifest.
- An expectations engine checks hard contracts (ledger
monotonicity, receipt integrity, publication completeness, feed
liveness) and statistical baselines every day, and publishes a
verdict that pages us, not you, when something drifts.
- Artifact schema validation now runs inside the production
pipeline, not just in CI.

Feed resilience & honest day-close reliability
- S3-backed feed cache: upstream outages (Space-Track,
Celestrak) degrade gracefully to the last live copy instead of
failing the run.
- Day-close verification: the pipeline now proves every
expected artifact was actually published before calling a day
done, and alarms when it can't.
- Prediction-ledger grading made sticky: a confirmed
outcome can never silently flip back when the upstream feed's
rolling window forgets the event.

Wave 2 platform release new
- API keys with per-tier entitlements, usage quotas and the
public REST API.
- HMAC-signed forensic dossiers for every alert.
- Prediction ledger with hash-chained receipts: every call
recorded before the outcome, graded after, tamper-evident.
July 2026
Prediction ledger opens
- DebrisGuard begins issuing prospective, dated predictions
(manoeuvre cadence and decay) into a public graded ledger,
the foundation of "numbers you can check".
